Dear motorhome enthusiasts, I am Reinhard Löhner, Managing Director of MORELO Reisemobile. Join me through our production and I show you how a Morelo motorhome is built. What is special about the structure of a MORELO First Class Reisemobil? The bodywork of a MORELO is designed for extreme winter use. Walls, roofs and floors consist of two layers, e.g. double-walled aluminum, 40mm RTM foam and a polyurethane frame profile on all edges. This polyurethane reinforcement on the edges allows us to glue walls, roofs and floors together in a cold-bridge free manner. What are the advantages of the exterior of a MORELO First Class Reisemobil? The roofs are provided with a glass fiber polyester layer on the top, which gives our vehicles a slight hail protection and a considerable discount in risk insurance to our customers. Of course to a complete motorhome belongs also a stern front and rear end. In case of the front section, it is not only the looks which counts, but as important for us is the general access to technology, the engine and the operating units. New episode will follow soon.
