Blue Snowball Microphone Review

This video is a review of the Blue Snowball
Microphone Herman Drost
Do you currently use a cheap microphone to do your podcasts or create your video slideshows?
Do you want to dramatically improve your audio with a professional microphone?
Are you fed up with with the low quality sound it generates?
Let’s look at the top 7 benefits and features of the Blue Snowball Microphone 1. Instant set-up
All you have to do is plug the USB cord into the back of your PC or Mac and it’s ready
to go. There’s no need to install drivers or software or a new sound card. 2. Great quality sound
The beauty of the Snowball Microphone is that produces studio quality sound which is ideal
for your screencasts and podcasts. 3. Sonic flexibility
The beauty of the Snowball is that it has 3 different controls for various sound directions.
The first control is for recording a single voice whereas the other two controls are for
omni-directional recording which records sounds from around the room for multiple people. 4. Stylish design
As you can see the Blue Snowball Microphone is the same size as a softball. It has a USB
connection here to put into back of your computer. It has a sturdy construction. You can adjust
the height here and also these legs to keep it sturdy on top of your desk. 5. Portability
Because it just needs a USB connection to plug into your computer you can just unplug
it and take it anywhere to your friends place to record videos or podcasts.
6. Inexpensive For around $60.00 you’ll get a microphone
that you’ll be happy with for years to come. 7. Multiple uses
I use the Snowball microphone when I do screen recordings from my computer when I do voice
overs for my clients and I even use it for when I do Skype calls to my relatives in New
Zealand. There are a couple of things that could make
an improvement to the Snowball Microphone. One would be the ability to use headphones.
Another would be to have something like an iPhone adaptor so you could use it with your
iPhone and the other thing would be that it could be more portable so you could carry
it or attach it to your clothes and then use it for doing video presentations. Read my full review of the Snowball Microphone
